This is a uuencoded 'arc'hive. Use 'uudecode' to
create 'drums.arc', then use 'arc' to unpack it.

These drum patterns were obtained from the IEMUG BBS.
Many of them were done by a person named U. Petznick.
They are all in Standard MIDI File format, type 1.
The first track is the standard 'tempo' track, and
the second track contains the complete drum pattern
and (for some of the patterns) a bass guitar riff.
The drums are all on channel 10, and use Roland drum
notes. The bass guitar is on channel 2.

To help in converting to your drum machine, the
pitches that are actually used in these patterns are
given below. Many of the patterns only use the basics
(bass, snare, closed-hh, open-hh, and a few tom's), so
don't worry if you don't have all the sounds.
