Roland MKS-100 Brass Samples

These are conversions from Roland factory patches for the S-10/MKS-100/S-220
samplers. The original samples were 30 kHz. I resampled them at 44100, converted
them to wave files, and used sbkmake to build a sound bank. The originals were
not sampled at C5 and I didn't try pitch shifting. You will need to correct for
pitch when you use them.

The samples, and the sampled pitches, are:

        (1) Trombone slide (down) F
        (2) Trombone slide (up) F
        (3) Trumpet gliss (down) A#
        (4) Trumpet gliss (up) A#

None of these samples were looped originally, so the lack of controlled looping
in sbkmake is not a problem. (I know you can loop a sample with sbkmake, but
looping the whole sample is not what a sampler normally does!)

Have fun!
