This software is free software.

● Development history
The screen is not so big for Windows CE handheld PC,
MP3 player that is simple and holds down the necessary functions
I wanted it, so I made it.

● Features
A simple MPEG Audio player.
No more, no less.
In addition, there is also a playback function for Ogg Vorbis files and Wave files.

As a core module of MPEG Audio decoder
I am using MAD MPEG Audio Decoder 0.15.1b.

As a core module of the Ogg Vorbis decoder
I am using Tremor version 1.0.

● Playable file
MPEG Audio Layer-1/2/3 (MP3)
RMP file (Real Media format MP3)
However, free format MPEG Audio files cannot be played for Windows CE.
Also, it may not be compatible with version 2 of ID3TAG, but may be playable.

Ogg Vorbis files
RIFF Wave (PCM) file
RIFF Wave (ACM) file

● Target platform
Windows Mobile 5.0 or later

● Installation
Only Windows Mobile version comes with an installer.
After unzipping all the files with the unzip tool, run Setup.exe on your PC.

The installer is not included in other environments.
Use the executable file that suits your environment.
When unzipping with a decompression tool, please unzip it with a folder.

● How to use
It's just an MPEG Audio player, so please use it based on your experience and intuition.
There is no such a difficult function (bitter smile

● Function
・ About keyboard operation
Most operations can be performed with one key on the keyboard.
Display the menu to check the assigned keys.

・ About equalizer
For the equalizer of the type that operates 32 banks of MPEG Audio,
Compared with an equalizer that performs FFT operation, it is considerably inferior.
If you increase it too much, the sound will be distorted immediately. In that case, adjust the preamplifier to prevent distortion.
This equalizer is simple. No great effect is obtained.
Think of it as a minimum to compensate for the sound characteristics of the device.

* Equalizer adjustment is enabled when playing Ogg Vorbis files and Wave files.
I won't.

・ Surround effect
It is the same as the surround effect found in some cheap components.

・ About 3D effect
3D effect (3D chorus) is enabled.
This process is heavy, so if you have a Windows CE machine, use a machine with a CPU of 200MHz or higher.
It is recommended.

・ About bass boost (bass amplification)
Bass boost is enabled.
If the bass is amplified too much, it will put a strain on your ears and make you more tired.
Since this process is heavy, we recommend a machine with a CPU of 200MHz or higher for Windows CE.
Also, if the bass is enhanced too much, sound cracking may occur.
In that case, lower the volume with the equalizer preamplifier.

・ About the resume function
When the resume function is enabled, the playback position at the end of the player will be remembered, and it will be possible to play from the remembered position at the next startup.
Even if you stop playback, you will be able to play from the next stopped position.

・ About button assignment (PocketPC)
For PocketPC, assign each function of the player to the buttons of PocketPC,
You will be able to operate with the button.

・ About automatic screen off / on (PocketPC / SmartPhone)
For PocketPC, there is a function to turn off / on the screen automatically.
Auto screen off turns off the screen automatically when the specified time elapses without operating the player.
* If the main screen is not active, it will not turn off automatically.

On the contrary, when the automatic screen is turned on, when the screen is off, the player function is automatically assigned
Turn on the screen.
* If you press a button to which no function is assigned, it will not turn on automatically.

・ About preset function
You can preset the settings of the equalizer and effects.
Presets are saved in My Documents.

● About gsgetfile.dll support for Windows CE
For Windows CE, it corresponds to gsgetfile.dll.
When this dll is installed, multiple files can be selected in the "Open" dialog.
Please obtain this dll separately.

● About Streaming (Shoutcast)
You can receive and play Shoutcast stream like Winamp.
Here's how to receive a simple Shoutcast.
1) Open the Shoutcast (http://www.shoutcast.com) home page.
2) Select your favorite genre / site and download the playlist (PLS extension)
-> You can save by opening the icon (image) that says "Tune In!".
3) Open the downloaded playlist with GS Player
4) Start playback.

As a matter of course, an internet connection environment is required for streaming.
Will be required.
It is also possible to stream MP3 files on the Web from "Open URL".
Streaming playback is possible without downloading MP3 on the Web.
