Punctuation [:punct]
The pass option is useful in proofreading as well as in applications where
special characters are encountered, such as in a computer program. This command is
synchronous.
None - No punctuation is spoken.
Some - Text is read normally.
All - All punctuation is spoken.
Pass - Turns off all special punctuation processing. For example, periods as
part of file names.
When the [:punct none] command is used, no punctuation is pronounced although
dollar amounts and percentages are still processed.
