                          SUPPORT POLICY
                       FOR TALKING DIRECTORY


Access Success will provide reasonable support to paid customers 
as long as market demand for this product continues.  Although 
these terms are subjective, they convey significant principles.  
"Reasonable support" means that before contacting the business , 
the customer should first make efforts to learn the product 
through the guidance provided, including the documentation, 
online help, and cassette tutorial.  Trial and error with test 
data is also an indispensable way of learning.

Reasonable support also means that Access Success cannot be 
expected to make long distance calls, which would soon cost the 
price of the product In general, the most efficient and reliable 
method for you to get questions answered is by sending an email 
message to the 74444.1076@compuserve.com address.  This method 
also has the advantage of providing a written record that may 
help other customers solve similar problems and help the business 
track input for future development.

If you call by phone and get voice mail, please provide a phone 
number where you may be called collect.  If a reply by email or 
fax is possible, please provide that contact information.

"Market demand" means that Access Success cannot support a 
product indefinitely without compensation from customers.  
Support will be available for at least a year after purchase, and 
especially in the first 90 days to aid setup.  If you like the 
product, please recommend it to others or provide the business 
with referrals.  In this way, the product will succeed and 
improve, making for a happy business and customer base!
