a PCMCIA port.
DRIVER is the name of the file corresponding to the
speech synthesizer, namely KEYNOTVC.

    Example:

    - From any disk directory:
       SET VOXPARLE=C:\VOXPARLE
       C:\VOXPARLE\KEYNOTVC L

    - From VOXPARLE directory:
       KEYNOTVC L
       VOXPARLE

I-3. PCMCIA CARD AND PORT SERVICES.

TO WORK, THE PCMCIA CARD REQUIRES THE PCMCIA PORT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES (THE SOCKET SERVICES) ON THE ONE HAND AND
THE RESIDENT PROGRAM VC.EXE TO MANAGE THE VOCAL SYNTHESIZING

THOSE TWO SERVICES ARE GIVEN ON A DISKETTE WITH THE PCMCIA
