    VIII-A. ENVOIMSG.COM.


    Description:
    This program sends a message to the speech synthesizer if
VOXPARLE has been run. When included in a batch file allows
you to have the different stages of the procedure spoken.

    Syntax:
    ENVOIMSG <message>

    Example:
    ENVOIMSG Running VOXPARLE!



    VIII-B. VXPDICTN.EXE.


    Description:
    This program allows you to create a dictionary file for
VOXPARLE (see chapter VI).



    VIII-C. VXPCONVS.EXE.


    Description:
    This program allows you to convert the profiles created
with the version 1.50 of VOXPARLE to work with the version
2.00.

    Syntax:
    VXPCONVS <profilename>

    Note:
    The extension must not be specified. Moreover, the
characters "?" (question mark) and "*" (star) are authorized
to indicate a profile list.



    VIII-D. VXPTEXTE.EXE.


    Description:
    This program allows you to read an ASCII text file. If
VOXPARLE has been loaded the pages and the different WORKING
messages of VXPTEXTE ARE AUTOMATICALLY SPOKEN.

    Syntax:    VXPTEXTE <filename>

    Program working:
    F1: displays a help screen
    PGDN: next page
    PGUP: previous page
    HOM: first page
    END: last page
    TAB: number of current page
    SPACE BAR: speaks the current page again
    RETURN: displays a page whose number is given by the user
    ESCAPE: returns you to the system



    VIII-E. VXPRAPRT.EXE.


    Description:
    This program allows you to convert binary profile files
(bearing the extension .PFL) into orthographical text files
(bearing the extension .RPT) called reports. The resulting
file may  be loaded into a text editor or a word processor and
read. It contains the different values of macros, functions
and other commands in the form of a text. You can thus check
the contents of macros and the way colour bars, portions of
lines and other functions are programmed.
    Each report file created from an already existing profile
constitutes an example to help you acquaint yourself with the
construction of your own profiles.

    Syntax:
    VXPRAPRT <profilename>

    Note:
    The extension must not be specified. Moreover, the
characters "?" (question mark) and "*" (star) are authorized
to indicate a profile list.

