        stead  of rivets they'll be bullet heads, something small but with a
        lot of zing, maybe like .25 autos.   They'd  really  give you a jolt
        when  they  all went off and they probably wouldn't go very far, but
        they'd sure mess up whatever happened to be in their way."
             "They sure would."
             "I think it's one hell of an idea except that I haven't figured
        how  to  make  it  fail-safe.  You  wouldn't  want it to go off in a
        crowded elevator or something like that."
             There  is  a commotion on the field.  A penalty has been called
        against  Pittsburgh for interference with the receiver and the decis-
        ion is being loudly protested. When the flurry dies down, the Oilers
        have  the  ball on the Steeler's twenty six.  After a few indecisive
        plays, they go for the field goal.  The  ball  sails  through the up-
        rights and the score is tied, ten to ten.   Groans  and  boos.   The
        teams form for the kickoff.  The sleet, I notice, has turned to snow.
             "So what I think I'll do is this: instead of firing them mechan-
        ically with pins,  I'll fire them electronically with sparks.   That
        way, I  can  program  it, maybe  by  wiggling  my toes a certain way,
