Dear Computer User:

This document describes the Contact Tracking System, Version 3.1. I designed
CTS to be a powerful, speech friendly mailing list manager, able to meet a variety of
common data management needs in a manner convenient to blind and sighted users
alike, at work, at school, and at home. Features include the following:

* Installing the system conveniently with an automatic batch process.

* Storing of names, addresses, phone numbers, and miscellaneous notes about
     any individual or organization.

* Separating of contacts into different files based on user-defined categories such
as business organizations, personal friends, miscellaneous acquaintances, co-
workers, and job leads. Contact records can easily be transferred from one file
     to another.

* Searching of contact records by any field of information, including last name,
company, city, state, and miscellaneous notes (stored in a variable-length
     "memo field").

* Dialing of a contact's phone number with a modem, thereby saving having to
look up, memorize, and then manually dial the number. The work or home
number may be specified and whether the call is a local, long distance, or
     internal (last five digits) number.

* Generating a letter or envelope to a contact that automatically formats and
positions the contact's address and the user's return address.

* Producing various pre-formatted lists and mailing labels. Other formats may be
user-defined. Return address labels are also possible.

* Generating mail merge form letters in conjunction with the WordPerfect word
     processor.

* Supplying online context-sensitive help, as well as complete documentation on
     disk.

In performing these powerful operations, verbal and visual access occur
simultaneously. The most relevant information on the screen at any time is spoken
automatically using the default settings of any screen reader program. Thus the
learning and operation of CTS are as easy and efficient for a blind person as his or her
sighted counterpart.

The price of the complete CTS package is $90. Given its sophistication, it
costs significantly less than most adaptive or mainstream software because I would
like it to reach and benefit many blind consumers. Interested persons or organizations
may send a check made out to Access Success at the above address. By first class
mail, they will receive the software and documentation on either 5 1/4 or 3 1/2 inch
(double density) disks. Print documentation is also provided. A demonstration copy
of the product will be sent on request.

At minimal additional expense, Access Success will convert contact data
entered with other software to the CTS format. Databases already collected may also
be provided with CTS, including the following: Congress, adaptive equipment
vendors, mainstream computer vendors, businesses with toll free numbers, and U.S.
publicly traded corporations. Significant discounts are available for volume purchases.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your consideration.

                                        Sincerely,

                                        Jamal Mazrui
