Subject: XMI to MID converter?

Hi all!

Does anybody know of a XMI to MID conversion program? Or maybe someone
could send me the descriptions of these file formats so I could write a
program myself. I have some good XMIs that I would like very much to
convert into MID files and I think it should be easy to do.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
  Snoopy.
