1. Introduction

This text file was created to inform the public of who we are and what
we are doing. This is the first of such a file from us, so logically
it will be called delinfo v1.0.

Ŀ
2. What is Delusion?

Delusion is the current name of a demo group created by two Aggies
who want to make their debut into the PC demo / intro scene.

Ŀ
3. When did this happen?

The idea for this demo group floated around in our minds during the
last quarter of 1993. It was not actually formed until the summer of
1994. Due to the fact that we are full time students attending
Texas A&M University during the year. Summer was the only time we
had to devote to a project of this magnitude. Thus in the future, most
of our work will be done during school breaks and summer.

I (Sparky) and Yoda are the founding and current members of this group.
I am a second year Pre medicine major and Yoda is a third year Physics
major, so this isn't exactly extra credit or part of our current field of
study. We are from Plainview, Texas. It is a thriving metropolis of
22,000+ individuals marooned somewhere between Lubbock and Amarillo in
the panhandle of Texas. As you can tell by our roster, we do not have
any problems with bureaucracy yet. Even with our current staff, we
sometimes experience productivity degression and corporate downsizing.
Hopefully we can acquire some fresh blood and raw talent in the near
future. If you or someone you know is interested, Please feel free to
contact us. There will be more info at the end of this file. :-)

5. Why?

I guess the reason we started this demo group was to see what we could
and could not accomplish. Hopefully this will be a successful business
venture. Nevertheless we hope it will give us recognition on the
     demo / intro scene.

6. ETC...

Currently, this demo only supports GUS, but our coder assures us that
there will be soundblaster support in the future. Sorry soundblaster
owners, besides you aren't missing a Broadway musical hit anyway. This
demo was programmed and tested on a pentium, but it will work fine with
any machine from a 486 and up. It will run on a 386 but you may have to
get out and push. For those who own 286, tie it to a 20 foot bungie cord
and drop it off a 10 foot cliff...it should be a smashing hit.

The demo was written in Borland C++ v3.1 with inline assembler. We could
get a 20% speed increase with pure assembler but it would not be worth the
time. The graphics were drawn with Corel Draw v.4.0. The music was
written with Scream Tracker 3.01b Thanx Future Crew. :-) The demo was
compressed by pkzip. It was then stored on a 1.44M floppy, placed in the
passenger seat of a Ford Escort and...

7. How do we reach us

To join in on the fun, tell us we are awesome, tell us to keep our
day jobs, or just to make a comment, please give us your input. We
really appreciate your time and concern and who knows, we might send you
a mail bo..., I mean parting gift. >:-)

8. Most frequently asked questions.

  Q: What's Delusion?
A: Please read this text file again.

Q: Do you guys have a life?
A: Yes and no, we are currently metabolizing and maintaining equilibrium
with our environment, no the summer has been bad for our thermal
underwear business and there is nothing to do in Plainview besides
     watching paint dry.

Q: Great taste or less filling?
A: We tend to think of our demo as neither, but in the event of an emergency
the printout of this text file can be used as a floatation device.

Q: Does K-mart really have quieter automatic doors than Starfleet?
  A: Yes.

Q: Why are Apartments called Apartments when they are so close together?
  A: Blame Webster.

Q: What is in that mysterious envelope in the O.J. Simpson Case?
A: His late wife's dick labeled exhibit A-BoBBiT00032X-5.

9. Closing remarks.

     Your honor, my client....
OOPS, I meant to say, thank you for taking the time to scroll through,
I mean READ this file. I hope I have been politically correct and have
offended every minority, majority, and special interest group equally in
the hope that my bid for public office in the future is not tarnished.:-)

     >Sparky. Oh look, its Gumby /:-o

     Remember:
"Do, or do not, there is no try." Yoda, (Empire Strikes Back) 1978.

PS: We did not greet any other demo groups because we do not know any
of them. In the future, we hope to rectify this.

     See you on the Internet.
