The file(s) you have received are soundmodule material created by myself,
Neil D. Voss - Head Producer for the Audio-Production Agency TONAL AQUARIUM
DEVELOPMENT.  As an agency,  we specialize in computer-generated audio,  and
are especially interested in creating soundtrack material for computer and
console based entertainment software.  We also handle development of stan-
dard recorded audio formats for various media.

The file(s) you have received are ALL copyrighted material.  They are freely
distributable ,  but are not to be used in any manner other than evaluation
They are in NO WAY to be marketed,  or used within distributed demonstrations 
of ANY kind.  This text file,  unaltered,  MUST be present with the 
distribution of the songmodule material.  

All material within its digital format is copyrighted.  No alterations of 
the module file may be done in ANY way,  and the elements within the file
(samples,  patterns,  etc.) may NOT be used in other material.  We maintain
the rights to ALL musical lines,  and their arrangement in digital form.
The music may NOT be transferred to any form other than its original digital
format (no recording or sampling of this material is permissible).

VENDORS shall NOT distribute this material within compilations of ANY kind
that involve a fee.  Any vendor seeking to distribute this material must 
contact TONAL AQUARIUM DEVELOPMENT for a vendor application,  to apply for 
approval to do so.  Until they receive documented approval,  they shall NOT  
distribute the material.

TO KEEP THIS MATERIAL YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE STIPULATIONS.  Any disregard of
the said stipulations is in direct violation of copyright law - and WILL 
bring on criminal prosecution.  If the recipient of this material does not 
agree with the stated rules,  they MUST delete it immediately and lose the
right to maintain it in any form thereafter.

about working with us,  and will be glad to accept any questions or comments.

formats.  

*NOTE* to demo this material in the most accurate manner,  we suggest you 
utilize a 'Pro-tracker' compatible MOD driver,  such as the 'Dual Module
Player' (v7.9+ is the newest) by Otto Chrons.  A playback rate of 44000k will 
result in the cleanest fidelity (in DMP use DMP -s44000 modname).
