I usually play .wav embedded in my midi sequences, and i can record .wav
simultaneously if i want. A good example of that is Geoide, on NETherworld
(the net musicians compilation - i'll post details on how to get a copy
later), which is a GUS Max playing a midi sequence and .wav, the result
directly recorded on hard disk (i'll have a sample of it along with a lot
of my material, including stuff from the Stoned EP coming out soon, on my
WWW page any day now).

And if you want to check it out live, i should be performing november 19,
in a rave in Montreal... With other keyboards and multiple fx processors,
it can be quite impressive.
