You need the software development kit, available through ftp.
You then have to know how to load and play the ultrasound .pat
files. This matter is of great interest to me. I tried to
load and play .pat files using TP7 and sdk2.21, but there seems
to be a bug in the routines UltraDownLoad or UltraStartVoice
or somewhere. The samples that crossed a 64kB boundary in GUS's
RAM got distorted. In tried in vain to track down the source of
this problem. It might be something trivial, though. I raised
this topic some time ago, but due an unfortunate
error I stopped receiving the digests during the following week,
so I'm not sure, whether anybody replied to my questions.
BTW where are the old digest issues stored? How do I implement
the amplitude envelopes that come in the .pat files?

Anybody has any comments? Pascal GUS programmers speak up please.

Emil
