  If you are talking about a module player, Iplay is probably your best
bet.  It'll play .S3M, .MODs, .MTMs and a bunch more.(iplay120.zip)

  If you are looking for the technical specs on the .S3M format, you should
get Scream Tracker itself, in the zip file there will be a file called
tech.doc which gives the nessecary info.
