Does anyone have issues from 12/11 thru 12/23 that they can point me to
at ivan@molson.ho.att.com). I had been running a discussion
on bank switching, but apparently got dropped of the list. Thanks.

Subject: fp3d.exe

In the chapter 4 (Focal Point 3D Sound) of the GUS SDK is
mentionned a utility called fp3d.exe supposedly necessary to convert
a mono sound file to a 3D file. Problem is, this file is not in my
SDK. Also mentionned in the docs is a file of
information on how to create 3D files (sub-chapter 4.1), readme.3d, also
not present in my docs. Where can I get these files ?
