Yes, well, from all controllers lower than 32 (0-31) the
controller number 0-31 is the LSB (least significant byte)
of the data sent, controllers 32 to 63 are the same
controllers but the MSB (most significant byte) (or is it
vice versa? I can't recall this because I am at work)
So:
Controller 0, bank select LSB
Controller 32, bank select MSB

Remember that data bytes in MIDI talk can only range from
0-127 (7 bits), thus:
Bank 1024
Controller 0, data byte 1024-128*Controller 32
Controller 32, data byte 1024/128 (integer number)
In this case Controller 0 = 0
             Controller 32 = 8

However, when I put this bankselect event in a MIDI file
with my sequencer (WinJammer 2.30, good stuff!) the GUS
midi driver don't switch banks. Funny, because with
PatchManager/BankManager I can do this manually.

As another question in the digest: it would be nice to have
an overview on all controllers which the latest GUS drivers
respond to.
