After over two years of nothing, I'm finally releasing something! Yay!
(I feel like I've typed the above sentence at least ten times...)

Reality Cave-In by Maruku

The name sucks, of course. But _I_ like the tune. Eight minutes long,
thirty-two voices wide, four commands thick! Obviously, you need a GUS.
And this .AMS file should give you a good enough excuse to download the
latest SAVE-able version of Extreme's Tracker (v0.7beta). This tune
would not have been possible on anything less (like FT2, for instance).

The style of the music? Hmm... got me. I'll tell you what it isn't.
It isn't techno, house, rap, rock, disco, etc. I hesitate to call it
"New Wave" or "New Age" or whatever, but it probably falls into that
category the way most of the other "New Wave" music does: by being
_different_.

This tune is almost complete. I wanted to wait until Extreme added a
few soon-to-be-added features to their tracker (namely, definable
pattern lengths and 16-bit sample handling). Unfortunately, I may be
losing Internet soon - yet again - for who knows how long.

I also wanted to see about entering this tune in some compo (Party94 ;).
But A) I have to be there, B) I'm almost certain eight minutes is too
long, C) people who go to demo parties will be in (gasp!) a PARTY mood,
and they'll more likely vote for the danciest tune. Sooo...

I encourage anyone who listens to this tune to _please_ let me know what
you think. Reply to my post ^_^ (I plan to announce this because I won't
get any replies if I don't). I distributed some "beta" versions of this
tune to half a dozen people, and most of them never got around to
listening to it (at least, I never got E-mail about it).

Known bugs:
  * Some of the samples (including the main one used in the beginning
pattern) are totally noise-ridden. I have the opportunity to replace
most of them with clean 16-bit counterparts.. but that is not yet an
    option.
  * The timing of this tune is such that it does not conform to the
standard 64-row pattern spacing. This will also be fixed when such
    becomes an option.
  * SOME of the samples have imperfect looping. This is generally
because since I don't have ProTracker's editor handy anymore, I
cannot use my favorite looping process. Some of the better loops
were actually done when I was still using ProTracker.

That about wraps it up. Later.Z...

Oh yeah. There should be a chiptune included in the archive. I don't
believe it was ever actually released. It was part of an intro on the
Amiga. I included it because it was small ^_^.
