Subject: 64K DRAM barriers???

I'm trying to download samples into DRAM using the UltraDownload procedure
in ULTRADRV.PAS but whenever a sample is loaded across a 64K address, I
get garbage instead of the sample. For example, if I try to download a
100K sample at the beginning of DRAM and play it back, everything sounds
fine until it reaches byte 65536. After that, it starts playing random
garbage or segments of other samples.

Any ideas?

Great idea this synth idea of francois dion. How about real-time morphing of
small patches (256 samples) into eachother?.. I know there's a synth that
does just that (can't remember it's name) and it can make HUGE sweeps and
stuff with only a couple patches. The morphing itself could be done quite
fast using integer math.

Who cares about a Synclavier? Buy a gus! (or 2 =)
