Working with apps in iTunes.
These instructions were written using iTunes version 12.5.5.5 and Jaws 18
on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit edition.

Note: remember to maximize the application window, and use the tab key to move through the controls,
and once you are familiar with the tab controls, you can use the F6 key to move more quickly through them.

* Downloading apps to iTunes:
1. Open iTunes, and press control + 7 to open the apps window.
2. Tab until you come to the "app store" radio button, and press the spacebar.
This will open the app store, and you should hear a sound.

3. Once the app store has opened, you will be in a web view, so go to the top of the page,
and then open the Jaws links list.

4. From the list of links, select "purchased", and press enter.

5. When the new page loads, you can navigate as you would any web page and explore what is on the page,
or if you want to download all of your apps, simply go to the bottom of the page and
arrow up until you come to a checkbox, and check it, then
press the spacebar on the download all button.
iTunes will create a new sub-folder in the iTunes Media folder named:
Mobile Applications
and that is where all of the downloaded apps will be stored.

Depending on how many apps you have stored in the app store, it will take some time for them to download.

Note:
When viewing the list of apps in iTunes, first letter navigation can be used, however, it will only work on the first item in the list that starts with the letter you pressed.
Example, if you press the letter "W", it will move to the first item starting with "W", and you will need to arrow to the next item, at which point pressing the letter "W" again, will return you to the first item beginning with that letter.
This seems to apply only to the list view in the "apps" window of iTunes.

Note: If the apps appear to be displayed in a grid, you can change this to a list view by doing the following:
Go to the View menu, and press enter on the "view as" option., then choose list from the available choices and press enter.

* Installing or Removing apps with iTunes:
1. Open iTunes, then connect your phone to the computer.

2. Once the phone is connected, press the F6 key until you come to the search field, then tab to the iPhone button, and press the spacebar.

3. Tab until you come to "device side bar tree view, and the item selected should be "summary",
down arrow to "Apps", then tab until you come to the list box.
This will be a list of Apps stored in iTunes on your computer.

4. At this point, as you arrow through the list of apps you should hear the name of the app,
followed by a date, the app size, and 1 of 2 options, install or remove.

5. Once you have an app selected, press the spacebar to remove or install the selected app.
If iTunes is set to automatically sync with your phone, you should hear a tone once the process is complete.
If it is not set to automatically sync, then you will need to tab to the apply button, and press the spacebar
then tab to the sync button, and press the spacebar again.

For whatever reason, the number of apps in this dialogue were less than the number of apps I had downloaded.
