How to go straight to the desktop and bypass the log on screen in Windows 7

1. Press Windows+r to open the run dialogue box.
2. Type
control userpasswords2
and press enter.
3. Press alt+y at the user account control dialogue box if it appears.
4. Uncheck the "users must enter a username and password to log on to this computer" check box, and press enter.
5. Type the password in both edit fields, and press enter.
