Shift-Up Arrow Select lines one or more at a time in an upward direction *
Shift-Down Arrow Select lines one or more at a time in a downward direction *

CTRL-Shift-Home select everything from current location to the top of the page

End Go to end of line
Shift-Home Select from beginning of line to current location

Delete Delete current selection
