Open IE.
Go to Tools/Internet Options.
Click on Connections.
Click the LAN settings button.
Next check the "Use a proxy server …" box.
Enter 127.0.0.1 in the edit field.
Check the "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" box.
Then click OK until you exit the menu.
