1. From the control panel, select, automatic updates, and hit enter.
2. When the dialogue opens, tab once, then arrow down to, download updates for me, but let me choose when to install.
3. Tab to the okay button, and hit enter.

You are done with this dialogue. Now, when updates are ready, you will find the message in the system tray, updates are ready for your computer, click here to install. Do the following:

1. Hit enter, and then tab until you hear, express install, then down arrow to custom.
2. Now tab until you get a list view of the updates. NOTE: by default, all of the updates will be checked,and Jaws may or may not report this.
3. arrow thru the list, and if you find an update you do not want, or are not sure about, hit the spacebar to uncheck it.
4. Tab to the install button, and spacebar it.
5. Now you will need to tab to a checkbox that says, do not notify me about these updates again.

If you are sure that you don't want the updates you unchecked, then check this box, and tab to the okay button, and spacebar it.

Note: leaving this box unchecked only means that those updates you unchecked, will be shown again.
6. Unless otherwise prompted, you are done.
