You may have received a forwarded message that was necessary to do a whole lot of navigating to access the content. To prevent this from happening to someone you forward a message to, you can delete all of the headings by performing the following steps
A. Prepare the message to be forwarded and tab to the main edit field as described in the (Forwarding an E-Mail) section above.
B. Use Control-Home to be sure your focus is at the top of the message.
C. Hold down the Shift key and continue to tap down arrow until you have selected all of the headings.
With all of the headings selected, tap the delete key to delete them and then use alt plus S to send the message. Note- now when the person receives your forwarded message the content will be at the top of the message instead of all those annoying headings.
Note: to remove all of those annoying greater than symbols use a program like ECleaner or EmailStripper. They are both available on the programs page as a free download.
