Creating Outlook profiles on Windows 7:
1. Open the search box and type control.
2. Arrow to the listing for Control Pannel and hit enter.
3. You will land in another search box, type the word mail and hit enter.
4. Tab to the mail 32 bit link and hit enter.
5. Tab to the show profiles button and hit the space bar.
You should only have one profile listed, probably named Outlook.
6. Tab to the Add button, press Enter, and enter the name you want for this profile, Then press Enter.
7. Tab to the Prompt for Profile radio button. If you don't automatically land on it (and instead land on "Always use this profile"), press the up arrow to get to it. Otherwise you won't get a choice when you load up Outlook.
8. Tab to the OK button and press Enter and you are done.
Now when you load up Outlook it will prompt you which profile to use. The first time you use the new profile, Outlook will ask you to set up email. There is no way "on the fly" to switch between profiles. You have to exit Outlook and reenter it and choose a different profile.
